Gov Elect Announces Steps to Deal with Shortfall

As a result of the elections, we will have a Governor from a different party. As is usually the case during a party transition people are waiting to see how that changes things that go on in their workplace.

From the employee perspective it is never fun going through the shortfalls that we continually seem to have, as it always seems to mean fewer people doing more work.
