E-mail retention

As e-mail rentention is a hot topic right now, one might be interested in checking out Missouri's Secretary of State website for electronic record resources and e-mail records guidelines.



The Managing E-mail Records Guidelines were approved and recommended by the State Records Commission.

I believe the membership of the Commission at that time was as shown below:

An early version (May 2001) of the Managing E-mail Records Guidelines was a bit different from the version of today.


Appears it was last updated in 2005, although just glancing it doesn't appear that anything in the document has really changed, aside from the cover page.
