Thanks a lot !! restarting Cisco VPN resloved Warning 201.
It finally worked when I directed Mc Afee's firewall settings to include the cvpnd.exe to give full access. Somehow it decided to block it (certainly not my idea...)
So if stopping and starting does not work, it might be that your AVS already believes to know what to do. Change access, stop and start and it works.
