Yet it still has the preview feature as well.

New addition to blogger
Upon posting this evening I notice that there is an extra tabbed window. It use to simply have an edit html box.
Now it has a compose box. It is basically a WYSIWYG editor. Switching back and forth between the tabs is quick.
