R6 Testing

We are testing out our applications on R6 and if all goes well hopefully we will start moving to R6.02CF1, unless R6.02CF2 or R6.03 are out by the time we get there (which is a possibility). It isn't always easy getting all players (agencies) lined up to upgrade to a newer version on the mainframe. In fact we are still on 5.08 at this writing. It was suppose to go to 5.0.10 back in October 2002, but that didn't happen.

The shared approach works nice for some things though as we don't have to worry about backups, etc.. It is handled by the agency manning the mainframe. They do the upgrades and much of the adminstration.
