Hotmail Upgrade (upgradation) - MSN Support Lacking

I think I have mentioned before that I have an MSN Account. It is okay and has some nice features, but support is lacking. That seems to be a constant theme when I try to get support. I did not display her name. I figured I would follow up on the mail storage upgrade that never happened. The last I had read (e-mail or member services, I can't remember which, possibly both) it was to take place in September. It didn't happen. You can see the conversation below. Upgradation? I have never seen the word. Maybe a new Microsoft thing (maybe not - dictionary.com - the word spy).

I kind of take it that if I added an account she could get a new account added with the new account size. What ever happened to taking care of the paying customers first? I take it new accounts can be had now with the new limits although I believe I recently saw a post stating that it was advertised with the new limits, but someone created one and didn't get the new limit either. Oh well.

A new MSN Interactive Support session has started.
