You may have seen the Federal Government's Recovery.gov website, its mission is to:

• Education: Explain the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act;
  
• Transparency: Show how, when, and where the money is spent;
  
• Accountability: Provide data that will allow citizens to evaluate the Act’s progress and provide feedback.
  

Missouri has a site that kind of goes hand in hand with it:

Transform Missouri Initiative is an ambitious plan to use federal recovery dollars to create jobs for Missourians now, and to transform our economy for the years to come.

Transform Missouri focuses on expanding the three pillars that support Missouri’s economy:

• enhancing our information and transportation infrastructure
  
• and embracing emerging technologies
