Tablet PC

I got a Tablet PC to replace my heavily used notebook. I have been interested in trying out the pen capabilities, but much to my dismay the pen has been rather sporadic about working. After chatting online with Gateway Support this evening they are sending out a new pen, which they believe should resolve the problem. The online tech was in Manila, Phillipines.
