Amazing Taste

Amazing Taste makes some great seasonings. You can get them in Jefferson City at Schnucks.



The poultry season is especially good. Follow the added bonus instructions. It says water or fruit juice. My recommendation, use orange juice. Let it marinade for at least an hour (it says as little as five minutes), when time, fire up the grill, throw the boneless chicken breasts on the grill directly from the baggie. I usually grill several minutes on both sides directly over the heat getting some good grill marks on the chicken and getting the cooking going, then I take them off of the direct heat and cook other items while they continue to cook via the indirect heat. As the heat varies, I really don't pay attention to how long I leave them on, but I check the chicken when I think it is time by cutting into it to make sure it is done. Bring it in and enjoy some great tasting (or should I say Amazing Taste) grilled chicken that is juicy and flavorful.
