I saw an application called Autostitch mentioned in an article. I downloaded it and threw in the pictures below, 22 in all, and simply cropped the results and came out with the picture you see below. Of course, you have to have photos with distinguishable areas that it can work with, but you simply open it up select the files and it does all of the work. No fisheye lens required. Pretty neat.

Pretty Cool Bonj. For the Mac OSX Tiger users there is a nice little freeware program called Image Tricks http://belightsoft.com/products/imagetricks/overview.php that will do some of the same things.
