Guess what I am doing right now. I am downloading Gold code of Notes\Domino 6.5.3.
I should have the Notes\Developer\Admin Client loaded on my test machine by the end of the day.
Update @ 4:55pm: Currently installing.
Update @ 5:08pm: Up and running fine.
